Processing Time

All Year One Club boxes are carefully packed and shipped on the first Monday of the month. For example, if your starting month is December, your first box will be despatched on 8th December. The cut off to order for the upcoming month is 3 days before the despatch date. Please see below for the upcoming despatch schedule.

Delivery Timeframes

• UK Orders – Delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  
• International Orders – Currently, we only ship within the UK. (We’re working hard to expand soon — keep an eye out!)
  

Shipping Costs

• Monthly Subscription: Standard shipping is included in your plan.
  
• Full Year Prepaid Plan: Shipping is included in your one-off payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your box has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. You can also log into My Account to find all the details.

Delays & Issues

While we always aim to deliver on time, sometimes courier delays happen (blame the British weather 🌧️). If your box hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@yearoneclub.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Address Changes

Moved house or baby-proofed your postbox? Please let us know of any address changes at least 7 days before your next box is due to make sure your milestone magic doesn’t get lost.
